Premier Chino Hills Masonry provides residential masonry contracting services in the greater Inland Empire and surrounding communities in California. Services include but are not limited to foundation repair, chimney repair, tuckpointing, brick repair, retaining wall construction, driveway pavers, fireplace installation, stone masonry, and related trades. All services are performed by or under the supervision of state-licensed contractors.
Written estimates provided by Premier Chino Hills Masonry are based on the scope of work described at the time of the on-site assessment. Estimates are not final contracts until both parties have signed a written service agreement. Pricing may be adjusted if:
Any changes to the agreed scope of work will be documented in a written change order before additional work proceeds. We do not require full payment upfront; payment schedules are outlined in your signed service agreement.
Project start dates are scheduled based on crew availability and permit timelines and are provided as estimates, not guarantees. We will notify you promptly of any changes to the scheduled start date. If you need to cancel or reschedule a project, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered may be subject to restocking or material charges as specified in your service agreement.
Payment terms for each project are outlined in the signed service agreement. In general, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Invoices not paid by the due date stated in your agreement may accrue a late fee as specified therein. We accept payment by check, bank transfer, or other methods agreed upon in writing. Withholding payment without a written dispute submitted to us within 5 business days of the invoice date is not permitted under these terms.
Where required by law, Premier Chino Hills Masonry will obtain the necessary building permits before structural work begins. Permit fees are included in or added to the project estimate as noted in the service agreement. The customer is responsible for ensuring that we have legal access to the property and that any required HOA approvals have been obtained before the scheduled start date.
Premier Chino Hills Masonry warrants its workmanship for the period stated in your signed service agreement. This warranty covers defects in workmanship directly resulting from our work. It does not cover damage caused by acts of nature, soil movement beyond normal seasonal conditions, water infiltration from sources unrelated to the repaired area, customer modification of completed work, or normal wear and tear. Material warranties, where applicable, are governed by the terms of the manufacturer.
