Premier Chino Hills Masonry was founded in 2016 by a team that had spent years working on the hillside homes and sloped lots that define much of Chino Hills. The city grew fast - most of its neighborhoods went up in the 1980s and 1990s - and by the time those homes hit the 30-year mark, the clay soils, retaining walls, and original brickwork were all starting to show their age.
We set up in Chino Hills because we knew the area and the specific challenges it presents: expansive soils that shift with every wet season, hillside lots built on graded fill, and a housing stock that needs real masonry expertise - not just patch-and-paint. From foundation repair and chimney work to retaining walls and custom outdoor spaces, we handle the full range of what homeowners in this part of California need.
